Personal Training

Personal training is a great way to help you reach your fitness goals.  Whether you are new to fitness and Crossfit, stuck in a rut or working hard to break through a plateau, working 1 on 1 with an experienced trainer can make all the difference in the world.  I have worked with children to retiree's, people that haven't done anything for a decade to college lacrosse players, it doesn't matter at what stage you are at with your health.  I can only have time for 2 new sessions at the moment so don't hesitate to contact me for a consultation for yourself, a family member or a small group of friends.
